BLUEBERRY COFFEE CAKE 
3/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. butter
1 egg
1/2 c. milk
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
pinch of salt
2 c. berries (1-3/4 c. if frozen)

Mix shortening, sugar and egg; stir in milk and dry ingredients. Fold in berries. Pour into 9 x 13-inch pan or 2 loaf pans.

Topping:

1 c. sugar
2/3 c. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. butter

Mix topping ingredients form crumbs; pour over batter before baking.

Bake at 350°F for 50 minutes.
