BLUEBERRY COFFEE CAKE 
CAKE:

1/4 c. butter
1 c. sugar
1 egg
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. blueberries

TOPPING:

1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 c. butter

CAKE: Cream together butter and sugar. Add in egg, 2 cups flour, salt, baking powder, milk and vanilla. Beat together. Fold in blueberries and stir.

TOPPING: Combine sugar, flour, cinnamon and butter, cutting with pastry blender. Top the cake. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes.
