1 c. (2 sticks) butter, softened
3/4 c. confectioners sugar
2 c. flour
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 c. chopped pecans
Confectioners sugar

Preheat oven to 350°F. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl; mix well. Roll by hand into balls. Place on cookie sheet and bake at 350°F for 10 minutes. Place confectioners sugar on wax paper. Remove cookies from oven and roll in sugar. Let cool; roll in sugar two additional times.
