Glad I found this site and this easy recipe for an "old-time" pleasure. After the taste-test, thought the recipe could use a little more flavor. Next batch I added 1 tsp. vanilla extract and that did the trick. Happy Holidays!

Good enough. Very pretty cookies, but the three-hour ones are definitely better...if you have time. These were super-easy, but the texture was a little grainy, and the taste wasn't as sweet as the typical PB cookie. I might use brown sugar next time.

I have been baking these for years!! Only I don't flatten them. When they come out of the oven, I put on a hershey kiss or brach's star and let them cool. One of my kids favorite cookies.

I was a little skeptical about making these cookies as the recipe called for no flour, but I took the chance today and made them but put the rolled balls in a mini muffin pan and they turned out GREAT!!! I chopped some peanuts up and added also, fantastic! :)

I have made these already and they are great, so I was low on regular sugar and used brown sugar instead and they are still great!
