I babysit my grandkids and nephew and we are always baking. My 5 y/o nephew can make these from start to finish - well I deal with the oven part. They are very good cookies - I can't keep them in my house for more than just a few hours! I did add granulated sugar on top of them - criss-crossed the top and then sprinkled sugar on them before I put them in the oven. It wasn't too much sweetness either.

These are really good, but not very sweet. I have done two things to make them sweeter. #1 - I sprinkle sugar over them after I flatten them and #2 - I keep them in a ball, roll them in the sugar and then when they are done baking I will add a candy star in the middle of them. They are perfect cookie for the young ones to help with!

Hey im only 13 and I wanted to make my parents happy because Christmas is near so to make my parents happy so while I was home and they were at work I looked up on google easy and great cookie recipes and this came up. At first i wasn't sure about it because of the fact their was no flour but i made and it was so delicious! I made it with crunchy peanut butter instead of normal and it made chewy but not too much. Just wanna say thanks for the great recipe and I will be for sure making this again.
