CATFISH STEW 
2 lbs. catfish
1 qt. tomatoes
2 c. ketchup or 1 can tomato soup
1 c. chopped fatback
1 c. chopped onions
2 c. diced potatoes
1 tbsp. A-1 sauce
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 stick butter

In a large pan, brown fatback. Remove and drain. Add onions and potatoes, cooked until tender. Add to tomatoes, ketchup, and drained fatback. Cook 10 minutes. Add fish, cut in 1 inch pieces. Cook for 45 minutes more on low heat. Add all ingredients with salt and pepper to taste.
