KIDNEY BEAN AND POTATO CASSEROLE 
Lg. can kidney beans
2 or 3 lg. potatoes, thinly sliced
1 onion (lg.), thinly sliced
1 can tomato soup
Bacon slices (optional)

Place 1/2 cup of beans in casserole. Top with slices of potato and onion, salt and pepper. Repeat with layers of beans, potatoes and onions, etc. End with beans on top. Pour undiluted soup over all. Add slices of bacon. Bake 1 hour and 40 minutes in a 350 degree oven.
