CHERRY RAISIN BROWNIES 
4 eggs, slightly beaten
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. cocoa
1 c. oil
1 c. flour
1 c. raisins
1/2 c. chopped nuts; optional

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Blend together eggs, sugar, salt, and vanilla. Add cocoa and oil. Mix in flour. Stir in raisins. Pour into 9 x 13 inch pan. Sprinkle with chopped nuts if desired. Bake for 30-35 minutes.
