CHERRY TOPPED CHEESE PIE 
8 oz. soft cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
2 c. thawed Cool Whip
Graham cracker crumbs
Cherry pie filling

Beat together cream cheese and sugar, until creamy. Blend in Cool Whip. Pour into container with graham cracker crumbs. Topped with canned cherry pie filling. If desired beat 2 packages softened cream cheese and 1 cup sugar and omit Cool Whip.
