LIZ'S SHRIMP CREOLE 
1 onion
1 bell pepper
3 stalks celery
1 can cream of shrimp soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can Rotel tomatoes
1 can tomatoes, drained
2 lbs. shrimp, peeled or crawfish tails

Saute onion, bell pepper, celery, then add soups and tomatoes. If you need to thicken, add some flour to your mixture. Then add shrimp or crawfish. Serve over rice. A Cajun delight.
