SEAFOOD SWINGER 
1 can condensed cream of celery soup
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. milk
1 c. shredded strong cheese
2 c. cooked shrimp
2 c. cooked rice
1 tbsp. finely chopped onion
1 tbsp. finely chopped green pepper
Buttered crumbs for top

Combine all and bake in a greased casserole at 350 degrees for 25 minutes, covered. Uncover and bake until crumbs are browned.
