ORIENTAL VEGETABLE SOUP 
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tsp. beef flavor granules
1 c. cubed potato
3 tbsp. sliced green onion
1 c. frozen peas

Combine lemon, soy, granules and 2 3/4 cups water. Bring to boiling. Reduce heat. Add potato and onion. Cover; simmer 10 minutes. Add peas; simmer uncovered, 5 minutes. Garnish with sliced radishes, if desired. Serves 6.
