BELGIAN PIE | |
1 c. Bisquick 1/4 c. milk Mix, knead and roll out and put in 9 inch round cake pan. 1 can blueberries, or any fruit Thicken and pour into crust. TOPPING: 1 sm. carton cottage cheese 1 egg, beaten Sugar to taste Put in blender and mix. Pour over fruit and bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes. Then 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until topping is set. |
