CHICKEN ITALIANO 
2 lb. chicken parts
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. chopped tomato
2 tsp. butter
1 can (10 1/2 oz.) mushroom gravy
1/2 tsp. oregano

Dust chicken with flour, salt and pepper. Brown chicken in butter in skillet and add remaining ingredients. Cover and cook over low heat for 45 minutes. Stir occasionally. Uncover last 5 minutes. To thicken gravy. Serve over rice or noodles.
