FRUIT AND VEGETABLE SALAD 
1 1/2 c. water
1 pkg. lemon gelatin
1 c. shredded pineapple
1/2 c. celery, chopped
1/2 c. carrots, grated

Bring water to a boil. Add gelatin. Stir until dissolved. Allow to cool. Drain pineapple. Add pineapple, celery and carrots to gelatin mixture. Pour into individual molds. Chill. Serve on lettuce with creamed mayonnaise.
