2 eggs
1/2 c. water
1 (28 oz.) can mincemeat
1 c. chopped walnuts
2 c. candied fruit
1 c. raisins
2 pkgs. date bread mix

Mix eggs and water. Add mincemeat, nuts, and fruit. Mix bread mixes one package at a time. Grease and flour three 9 x 5 x 3 inch pans. Divide batter into pans. Bake 80-90 minutes at 350 degrees until toothpick comes out clean.
