SPINACH SOUFFLE | |
1 sm. carton cottage cheese 3 eggs, beaten 4 tbsp. butter 1 pkg. chopped, thawed spinach 3 tbsp. flour 1/2 lb. American cheese Place cottage cheese, beaten eggs, cheese and butter in a large bowl. Mix well. Add drained spinach and flour. Mix thoroughly. Pour into greased casserole and bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Double this recipe to yield enough for 9x13 inch casserole pan. |
