1 loaf mini rye bread
1 c. Thousand Island dressing
1 lb. corned beef, shaved
1 c. Swiss cheese
2 tbsp. butter
1 1/2 c. sauerkraut

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Take cookie sheet lined with aluminum foil. Butter bread and place on foil. Apply dressing to every other piece of bread and then Swiss cheese.

On opposite piece of bread put corned beef and sauerkraut. Bake for 10 minutes. Put sandwiches together and serve.
