1 sm. can sauerkraut 2 tbsp. lite Russian dressing 2 oz. Swiss cheese 2 oz. Carl Buddig corn beef 4 slices lite wheat bread 2 tsp. butter Drain sauerkraut then mix in 2 tablespoons lite Russian dressing. Butter one side of bread, lay in skillet. Top with 1 ounce corn beef, 1 ounce cheese and sauerkraut mixture. Then other bread. Heat in skillet until cheese is melted and bread is browned. Enjoy with a dill pickle. 195 calories. Serves 2. |
