PINEAPPLE PIE | |
1 sm. can crushed pineapple, drained 2 c. sugar 1 tbsp. cornmeal 2 frozen pie shells 1 stick butter 1 tbsp. self rising flour 4 eggs, beaten Mix sugar, flour, cornmeal and eggs, beating real good. Stir until creamy. Add pineapple and butter; mix well. Pour into pie shells. Bake at 300 degrees for 40 minutes. |
