BLUEBERRY SUGAR CAKE 
1/2 c. shortening
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
3 eggs
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 c. milk
3/4 c. blueberries

Put shortening, sugar, and salt in large bowl; work until well blended. Stir in eggs. Sift flour and baking powder together and add to mixture. Add milk gradually and beat mixture for 60 strokes until dough is smooth. Fold in blueberries. Pour into greased muffin pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes.
