CHOCOLATE MARBLE CHEESE CAKE 
CRUST:

1 pkg. Duncan Hines devils food cake mix
1/2 c. oil

FILLING:

3 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. almond
3 eggs
1 (1 oz.) square unsweetened chocolate, melted

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 9" springform pan. For crust, combine cake mix and oil in large bowl. Stir until well blended. Press into bottom of pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 22 minutes. Remove from oven.

Raise temperature to 450 degrees. FILLING: Combine cream cheese, sugar and 1/2 teaspoon almond. Beat at medium speed until blended. Add eggs, one at a time. Beat well after each. Remove 1 cup filling. Add chocolate to filling. Spoon plain filling in warm crust. Drop spoonfuls of chocolate filling over plain filling. Swirl with knife. Bake at 450 degrees for 7 minutes. Reduce heat to 250 degrees, bake for 30 minutes. Loosen cake edge from pan. Cool before removing from pan. Chill to serve.
