1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. instant coffee granules
1 c. powdered non-dairy coffee cream
1/4 c. cocoa
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon (opt.)

Mix ingredients thoroughly. Store in air tight container. When ready to serve, mix 2 tablespoons mocha mix with 1 cup boiling water. Yield: 30 servings.
