COMPANY CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
6 c. cooked deboned chicken
1 1/2 c. cooked rice
3 c. soft bread crumbs
1 can cream of celery soup
1 c. chopped onion
1 c. chopped celery
3 c. chicken broth
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
3 eggs, slightly beaten
1 c. milk

Combine all ingredients and place in large greased baking dish. Bake at 400 degrees for 1 hour or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Stove Top stuffing may be substituted for bread crumbs.
