1 c. sugar
3 tbsp. flour
3 tbsp. cocoa
1 c. milk

In a heavy saucepan mix sugar, flour, cocoa together and add just enough water to make a paste. Put on low heat, add milk. Stir constantly. Recipe can be doubled. Cook until thick. Add more milk if consistency gets too thick.
