CHOCOLATE MOUSSE 
5 eggs, separated
1 pkg. semi-sweet chocolate morsels (5 oz.)
1 c. boiling water
2 tbsp. rum or 1 tsp. extract

Chop chocolate morsels in blender, high speed. Add boiling water. Add egg yolks; let stand. Beat egg whites until stiff. Gradually add chocolate to egg whites, with rum or extract.

Put in mousse glass dish. Chill overnight in refrigerator.
