THREE MINUTE CHOCOLATE MOUSSE 
6 oz. pkg. chocolate chips
1 lg. egg
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. rum
4 tsp. sugar
Pinch salt
3/4 c. milk

Place all ingredients except milk in blender. Blend for 10-15 seconds. Pour milk into small saucepan. Heat milk to boiling. Pour hot milk into blender with chocolate mixture. Blend for one minute. Pour mousse into four serving cups. Chill in refrigerator until firm, about 4 hours.
