SPICY MEATBALLS 
MEATBALLS:

3/4 lb. ground chuck
3/4 c. dry bread crumbs
1/2 tsp. dry parsley
1/2 tsp. horseradish
2 eggs, well beaten

Mix all ingredients and shape into 3/4 inch meatballs. Brown in skillet and place in sauce. Cover and simmer 2 hours. Remove cover and simmer until sauce thickens.

SAUCE:

3/4 c. catsup
1/2 c. water
1/4 c. cider vinegar
2 tbsp. brown sugar
2 1/2 tbsp. minced onion
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
3/4 tsp. black pepper
6 drops hot sauce

Mix all ingredients together and simmer 10 minutes.
