CHEF'S MARINADE 
2 lbs. lean beef, lamb or poultry
1/2 c. Italia pure olive oil
2 cloves garlic, crushed
2 tsp. marjoram
2 tsp. sage
2 tsp. ginger
2 tsp. rosemary
2 tsp. thyme

Blend all ingredients; add the meat and marinate in the refrigerator several hours or overnight. Drain meat and reserve marinade. Saute to desired doneness. Baste with marinade and serve.
