LIGHT & FRUITY PIE 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. Jell-O brand gelatin (orange flavored)
2/3 c. boiling water
2 c. ice cubes
1 (8 oz.) container Cool Whip Non-Dairy whipped topping, thawed

Dissolve gelatin completely in boiling water for about 3 minutes. Add ice cubes and stir until gelatin is thickened, about 2-3 minutes. Remove any unmelted ice. Using a wire whisk, blend in Cool Whip, then whip until smooth. Chill for 3 hours.
