CRAWFISH FETTUCCINE 
2 lbs. crawfish tails
2 sticks butter
1 pt. whipping cream
1 bunch green onions
1 sm. onion
4 toes garlic
1/2 sm. sweet pepper
2 stalks celery
1 chicken cube
1 tsp. parsley
1/3 c. flour
Salt, pepper, and Tabasco to taste

Melt butter in Dutch oven. Saute onion, celery, bell pepper, and garlic, about 12 minutes. Add flour and blend well. Add chicken cube, crawfish tails, parsley; blend well. Add whipping cream. Heat thoroughly and adjust taste with salt, pepper and Tabasco sauce. Serve over noodles, sprinkled with Parmesan cheese. Serve with green salad and hot French bread.
