TANGY MACARONI AND BEANS 
1 can red kidney beans
1 c. medium pasta shells
3 shakes red pepper flakes
8-10 shakes chili powder
3 shakes cayenne pepper
sauteed onions
2 garlic cloves
3 tbsp. tomato sauce

Sauté onions in saucepan. In large frying pan, pour 1 can red kidney beans. Pour in sauteed onions, add red pepper flakes, 8-10 shakes of chili powder, 3 shakes cayenne pepper, chopped garlic and 3 tablespoons tomato sauce. Simmer under low heat. Boil water for medium shells. Add cooked and drained shells to beans when desired, them simmer under low heat for a few minutes before serving.
