MEATLOAF 
2 lbs. ground beef
1 c. crushed zwieback toast (crumbs)
1 can chicken rice soup
1 med. chopped onion
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. mixture of cream and milk

Bake at 350 to 375 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.

NOTE: May add shredded cheese, if desired.
