BEER BREAD 
3 c. self-rising flour
3 tbsp. sugar
1 can beer (12 oz.)
Salt to taste

Put can of beer in hot water for 5 minutes (starting at room temperature). Pour beer in mixing bowl. Add dry ingredients. Mix thoroughly with whisk. Pour into aluminum loaf pan. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees (325 degrees for glass). Allow to cool before cutting.
