TURTLE CAKE 
1 pkg. German chocolate cake mix
6 oz. chopped pecans
7 oz. Eagle Brand milk (condensed milk)
14 oz. caramels (unwrap before you start)
1 stick butter
6 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips

Mix cake as package directs. Bake half of mix in greased and floured 9 x 13 inch pan at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. In top half of double boiler, melt butter, caramels, and milk. Remove top of double boiler from heat. Cool mixture slightly and pour over baked half of cake. Pour on remaining cake batter. Sprinkle with pecans and chocolate chips. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
