1 box yellow cake mix
1 egg
1 stick butter

Mix together and press into greased and floured 13 x 9 inch pan.

TOPPING:

8 oz. cream cheese
2 eggs
1 box powdered sugar

Beat together 3 minutes. Pour over other mixture in pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes.
