CRUMB CAKE 
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
4 eggs, slightly beaten
2/3 c. milk
2/3 c. oil

Mix all until smooth. Pour into greased and floured jelly roll pan. Bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees.

CRUMBS:

4 c. sifted flour
2/3 c. brown sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
2/3 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
3 sticks butter, melted

OPTIONAL:

Nut meats, walnuts, pecan bits and pieces make it easier to cut.

Mix all together (use your hands) and make crumbs as large as you want. When cake has cooled SLIGHTLY, spread crumbs over top. Bake again for 20 minutes. When completely cool, sift confectioners' sugar over entire cake. ENJOY!!
