PICKLE RELISH 
10 green tomatoes (4 c.)
4 c. onions (ground) or less
1 med. head cabbage
12 green peppers
6 red peppers
6 c. sugar
1/2 c. salt
1 tbsp. celery seed
2 tbsp. mustard seed
1 1/2 tsp. turmeric
4 c. cider vinegar
2 c. water

Grind all vegetables, stand overnight in 1/2 cup salt water. Rinse and drain. Combine remaining ingredients. Pour over vegetables, bring to boil and simmer 3 minutes. Seal in hot sterilized jars.
