PICKLE RELISH 
5 qt. ground cucumbers (if seeds are lg. take out)
8 med. onions, ground
Soak in 4 qt. water
3/4 c. salt

Stir. Let stand 3 hours. Drain real good.

4 c. sugar
2 c. water
1 qt. vinegar
2 tsp. celery seed
2 tsp. mustard seed
1 1/2 tsp. turmeric
Green food coloring

Cook 20 minutes and seal hot. Red peppers can be ground up and put in for added color.
