BEEF AND LIMA BEAN DINNER 
1 can biscuits
1 lb. ground beef
1 med. onion, chopped
1 can lima beans, undrained
3/4 c. barbecue sauce
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese (4 oz.)

Cook ground beef and onion in large skillet until meat is browned. Stir in lima beans and barbecue sauce. Heat until bubbly.

Spoon mixture into lightly greased casserole. Sprinkle with cheese. Separate each biscuit into 2 halves; place on top of casserole. Bake uncovered at 375 degrees for 25 minutes.
