CHICKEN HUNTINGTON 
1 med. chicken, cooked and boned
1/2 bell pepper, chopped
1 1/2 c. celery, chopped
1/2 lb. pkg. noodles
1 sm. onion, chopped
1/2 lb. grated cheese
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 sm. can sliced mushrooms
1 sm. jar chopped pimento
1 can water chestnuts, sliced

Cook pepper and celery in small portion of broth. Cook noodles in remaining broth. Add cheese, soup, mushrooms and juice, pimento, chestnuts, pepper and celery.

Place in 2 (2 quart) casserole dishes and bake 40 minutes at 350 degrees or you may freeze half. Allow 2 hours to thaw and bake longer than usual.
