MARY'S CABBAGE LASAGNA 
1 sm. head cabbage
2 lbs. ground beef
1 lg. jar spaghetti sauce
1 can pureed tomatoes
1-2 tsp. oregano
12 oz. sliced Mozzarella cheese or Monterey Jack cheese

Chop and cook cabbage until tender (boil or steam). Cook ground beef until crumbly and drain. Pour spaghetti sauce into cooked hamburger. Put half of that mixture into a 9"x13" pan. Layer drained cabbage (all of it) on top of meat mixture. Pour rest of meat over cabbage. Lay cheese on top. Bake in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes until hot through and cheese is melted.
