SCALLOPED CABBAGE 
1 med. size head cabbage
Any type canned meat (Treet, Spam, Vienna Sausages)
About 1/2 cup cracker or bread crumbs
1 c. or less grated cheese
Prepare 1 1/2 c. cream sauce, medium

Boil cabbage in salt water until tender. Pour off water. Using baking dish, place layers of drained cabbage, meat, cream sauce in which cheese has been melted. Sprinkle cracker or bread crumbs on top. Cook in moderate oven until brown.
