CHICKEN SALAD SUPREME 
2 1/2 c. cooked chicken (breasts)
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. sliced grapes
1/2 c. shredded browned almonds
2 tbsp. minced parsley
1 tsp. salt
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. whipped cream
Sliced olives

Cook chicken breasts at 300 degrees for 1 hour or in microwave. Tear chicken into bite size pieces and add rest of ingredients except whipped cream and olives. Fold in whipped cream and garnish with sliced olives. Serves 8.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
