CHICKEN SALAD SUPREME 
2 1/2 c. cold diced chicken
1 c. sliced white grapes
2 tbsp. parsley
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. celery chopped fine
1/2 c. shredded toasted almonds
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. whipped cream

Combine and serve in lettuce cups with thin slices of chicken on top. Garnish with stuffed or ripe olives. Also good on fresh pineapple slice.
