MARINATED VEGETABLE SALAD 
SALAD:

1 1/2 c. carrots, sliced & cooked half done, drained
1 1/2 c. cauliflower, cooked & drained
1 1/2 c. green beans
1 c. artichoke hearts
1/2 c. celery, chopped
1/2 c. onion, chopped
2/3 c. French dressing

DRESSING:

3/4 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. chili sauce
2 tsp. dry dill seed
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. lemon juice

Marinate drained salad ingredients in French dressing for 1 hour. Drain and mix with dressing. Serves 12.
