OVEN FRIED PORK CHOPS 
3 tbsp. butter
1 beaten egg
2 tbsp. milk
1 c. cornbread stuffing mix, pork flavored
4 pork chops

Set oven at 425 degrees. Place butter in 9"x13" pan. Place in oven about 3 minutes to melt. Stir egg and milk together in shallow bowl. Dip chops in egg mixture and press in stuffing to coat both sides. Place in pan on top of butter. Bake 30 minutes, turn and bake 20 minutes more or until tender.
