OVEN BAR-B-CUED PORK CHOPS 
2 lb. pork chops (may use ribs)
1/2 c. catsup
1 tsp. hot sauce
2 tbsp. A-1 sauce
1 tbsp. brown sugar
1 c. water

Mix together all except meat. Pour over meat in pan. Bake 1 1/2 to 2 hours in 350 degree oven.

For those watching fat intake, cook the day before and chill. Remove and discard surface fat. Reheat just before serving. Sauce makes good gravy.
