CHEESECAKE PIE 
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, room temperature
3 eggs
1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
1 (10 inch) graham cracker pie crust

TOPPING:

1 cup sour cream
3 Tbsps. sugar
1/2 cup well drained crushed pineapple

Beat cheese, blend in eggs and add condensed milk. Pour into crust. Bake in preheated oven at 300 degrees for 25 minutes. Meanwhile, combine topping ingredients. Remove cheesecake from oven and carefully spread on topping. Return to oven for an additional 10 minutes. Cool, then chill for several hours.
