BAKED STEAK 
1 lb. cubed steak, cut into 1 or 1 1/2 inch strips
2 tbsp. shortening
1 lg. onion, sliced into rings
1 green pepper, sliced into rings
2 tbsp. dark molasses
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 1/2 c. canned tomatoes
10 oz. pkg. frozen French style green beans
2 tbsp. flour

Brown meat lightly in shortening. Add next 7 ingredients and simmer 15 minutes. Cook green beans as directed on package. Drain and set aside. Mix flour with a little water and add to meat mixture, stirring until smooth. Add cooked green beans.

NOTE: May be used as casserole with "drop biscuit" topping or may be served over hot noodles.
